Stockholms tingsrätt har meddelat dom i grupptalan om vårdslös rådgivning av värdepappersbolaget Nord Fondkommission (Nord FK). Det blev ett hårt slag när 32 av de 35 drabbade kunderna nekades skadestånd på grund av att klagomålen kom för sent. Domen är en dyster läsning för de drabbade och för konsumentskyddet. Idag skickade kundernas ombud in överklagan.
